If you've taken damage from the boss, you will have less time to spend underwater as drowning obviously takes from your already lowered healthbar. You can still sprint while underwater, but try to get to the exit before you start drowning. The sewers will be completely submerged by 1:40, and you'll eventually start to drown. Pustynia is a large desert map that uses Team. The water will rise from the floor, and walking will turn into swimming before you know it. Make sure to have Team Fortress 2 mounted if you're missing textures. The southwest part is also a bit far, though easier to manage and not as dangerous.Īt around 2:13 on the Escape Timer, the map will begin to fill up with water. Try to get all pages there, make sure it's clear, then head to other parts of the map before the doors close and you can escape easier. The east part specifically is a big area that requires a long route to get to the escape. Highlighted with light blue, these parts of the map are pretty far from the exit once the doors close. If you are really worrying about not being able to escape, then try to check the parts of the map that get blocked off first. If you need to recharge, then hide in a room and wait. Try to save flashlight while walking in the hallways by turning it off and walking in the dark. Some of the hallways have dim green lights on the ceiling, but other hallways and the rooms are without light. But the areas should still be recognizable.* *Please note, sizes/proportions of the map are a bit wonky on the map as I'm not perfect when making these. I felt that I should mention these, because they can potentially affect gameplay, and I just went ahead and made a separate map. On the alternate map, orange areas represent obstructions unique to the Halloween reskin of the map, that aren't present in the original. Several sections of the cellars are flooded with water, and these areas are deep enough that you have to swim. Sometimes when youve tried downloading the map before and cancelled or quit it keeps a corrupt half downloaded copy in the tf/maps folder. Bosses can also break these objects, or sometimes even walk through them. Small boxes and small barrels that can either be jumped over or destroyed with one melee swing. Their creations can be modifications of official maps, including the addition or removal of areas, additional items, or functions, and even time of day or weather alterations. Third-party mod makers create many, many varied maps. The cyan/turquoise markings represent breakable obstacles. A custom map is a map created by a third-party for use in Team Fortress 2. Upon completing the hardest parkour course in the map, players are brought to the 'DoomsDay' room. What are the DoomsDay switches? They are essentially player-controlled buttons that change the way the map appears and functions when pressed. Trade_Minecraft_Neon is the first map on TF2 to introduce anything like this on such a large scale. The map also features a unique collection of switches we call DoomsDay switches. The Nether, Aether, and END (which are all realms in minecraft) are all included in the map as well. The spawns have multiple different exits to prevent spawn camping and lead to multiple different areas of the map. The main area has spawns that are close together, making the center a fun battle ground for both teams. There are multiple different parkour courses in the map that are filled with traps, obstacles and mazes. What makes this map special? Well first off, it's a gigantic map filled with tons of secrets, easter eggs and fun additions. I hit the max entity limit as well as the max brush limit in the map almost a year ago now, so every update following involves heavy optimization or a removal of some old parts of the map.
